9. What is behind the fatigue?
Fatigue is an alarm that sends psyche body. Because of fatigue you become irritable, depressed, do not have mood for any activity, which means that the stress is the trigger. Forget the morning or even the whole day laziness. Instead, walk run and avoid all day sitting.
Hang out with people with whom you share similar interests, which are not energy vampires but which you raise energy and in whose society you feel good about yourself.

Impaired vision is often the result of many years of lifestyle, diet and bad habits. Industrial processed food, too little exercise, constantly sitting in front of computers, smoking etc. affect eye health. Try to change your lifestyle and habits, and the problem can be solved.
